Work alongside Chef John in discovering ways to incorporate the fresh produce of Summer into a delicious Fustinified meal on the grill. Grilled Vegetables Marinated in Lemongrass Mint Vinaigrette; Grilled Stone Fruit; Grilled Sirloin Steak and Grilled Potatoes finished with Oregano Balsamic and Porcini Truffle Tapenade; Rum Soaked pineapple; Trifold with Lemon Cake.
This class is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
