This is a “Center of the Plate” experience. No salad, no dessert, just different ways to fustinify seafood. Crispy Fruits de Mer with a Trio of Aioli; Red and Orange Salad; Braised Tuna with Risotto Milanese; Sea Scallops Americaine; Sesame Crusted Sea Bass with Pineapple and Banana.
