Description: Guest Chef John Vander Jagt is back in the Holland School of Cooking! These will not be your everyday sliders – but easy to re-create and so flavorful they will wow your guests whether on the patio or at a family picnic! Seared Salmon Slider topped with Meyer Lemon and Ginger Jam; Slow Cooked Pulled pork with a Carolina BBQ Sauce, finished with Peach Bourbon Jam; Seared Lamb Slider with Goat Cheese, arugula along with Sundried Tomato and olive Tapenade; Sliced Sirloin Beef Sliders, homemade pickles, sweet potato slaw and Onion Balsamic Jam; Adult Root Beer Floats. Cost is $49 per person and includes 10% discount off of products purchased the day of class.
