Demonstration Class: Chef Andy has a great demonstration of different steaks, sauces and sides. Enjoy watching a pro and sampling a variety of mouth-watering dishes. Coriander Steak Bites with Cheese Fondue; NY Strip Steak with Sauce Béarnaise; Steak Sauces; Corn Pudding; Scalloped Potatoes; Lemon Dill Asparagus.
