Asparagus Salad with Beets, Goat Cheese, Arugula and Lemon Vinaigrette; Pan Seared Chicken Breasts, Linguine Pasta, Zucchini and Yellow Squash “Linguine” pesto sauce; Lemon Cake, Strawberry Puree, fresh Strawberries, Citrus Curd and Almond Crumble.
