A FALL NIGHT RENDEZVOUS: With an emphasis on fresh & organic, Chef John will work with you to explore the great flavors available this time of year perfect for a romantic evening. Raw beet ravioli layered upon Boursin cheese, atop an heirloom tomato, finished with pomegranate Vinegar and Fig Vinegar; Warm Spinach, Bacon Ring and Fresh Raspberries with Warm Raspberry Vinaigrette and Onion Balsamic Jam; Classic Beef Wellington Stuffed with Farmhouse Tapenade served with Wild Mushroom Risotto; Classic Creme Brulee.
