Join CrossFit Soaring Ledge and Macatawa Ale Company to drink beer, do a WOD (workout of the day) and run a 3k (1.82 miles). Not really in that order! For $10 you can join the community WOD and run and get a beer with our neighbors at MAC. Do all 3 or just 1 and hang out with awesome people.

6:30pm – 3k
Finish at MAC for beers!
