Chef Andy Stewart: Choose one or make the whole grilling menu at home, either way you’ve learned and mastered the grill. Grilled Corn with Chipotle and Parmesan; Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Balsamic Onion Jam; Grilled Caesar; Cedar Plank Salmon; Grille Pineapple with Vanilla Butter Sauce and Coconut Cream. Cost is $59 per person and includes 10% discount off of products purchased the day of class.
