Baby Red and Green Romaine with Horseradish Caesar Dressing and one Eyed Susan; Ragout of Baby Bok Choy, Haricot Vertes, Wax Beans with Cucumber Sauce; Quinoa Stuffed Swiss Chard with Red Pepper Mayo; Flourless Beet Cake with Kumquat Sorbet.
