Spring produce bursting out – we can’t wait to incorporate the fresh flavors from the Farmer’s Market. Asparagus – Three Ways; Portobello Baklava with Rosemary Honey; Potato Gallette; Strawberries with Sauternes Cake Olive Oil Ice Cream and Basil Oil.
Cost is $40 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
