Just back from cooking in California the last 7 years, Chef Tim is excited to use Fustini’s and show you delicious ways to incorporate the fresh produce of Summer. Poach Shrimp with Corn Pannekoeken; Heirloom Tomato & Peach Gazpacho; Polenta with Portobello, Basil Pesto Chicken with Miso & Marcona Almond Asparagus;Olive Oil Cake with Michigan Berry Compote & Whipped Cream.
Cost is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
