Just west of Ann Arbor in Chelsea, MI, Chef Greg Common has perfected the “Classic, Classy American” Cuisine. Tuscan Salad with Gorgonzola Polenta Croutons; Chicken and Papaya Quesadillas; Sautéed Walleye with Citrus Butter; Peanut Butter Pie.
Cost is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
