SLIDERS 3 WAYS:
A hands on class to create 3 different sliders for you to make all spring/summer and enjoy! Seared Salmon slider topped with Meyer Lemon and Ginger Jam; Slow cooked Pulled pork with a Carolina BBQ sauce, finished with Peach Bourbon Jam; Seared Lamb slider with goat cheese, arugula, along with Sun dried Tomato and olive Tapenade; Sliced Sirloin Beef sliders homemade pickles, sweet potato slaw and Onion Balsamic Jam; Root Beer Floats.
