Maui Poke Tacos; Ahi Tuna tossed with Fustini’s Cilantro-Onion oil and sesame oil, fresh made guacamole in a fried wonton shell; Ceviche Scallops, Avocado Mousse in a Coconut milk Broth topped with Pickled Pearl Onions, Finished with Cilantro and onion olive oil and Habanero mango and Pineapple Jam; Shrimp Scampi with Spugnole Fustini’s Pasta; Crispy Crepe Cup Filled with Lemon Curd.

Cost is $49 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
