The Holland Area Arts Council presents the seventh annual MI Arts: All Michigan All Media Visual Arts Competition this fall. Artists from across the state submit up to three pieces each in mediums spanning two dimensional and three dimensional art including acrylic, oil and watercolor paintings, wood and ceramic sculptures, photographs, pastel drawings, prints and textiles. Juror Jay Constantine, painting professor at Kendall College of Art and Design, jurored the exhibition.

The MI Arts All Michigan All Media Visual Arts Competition opened with a reception and award ceremony on Friday, August 25. Constantine announced the top three places and honorable mentions. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The Holland Area Arts Council is located at 150 East 8th Street, Holland, Michigan.
