WARM FOODS WHILE WE WAIT FOR SPRING:
Recently back from cooking in California the last 7 years and now at Hope College, Chef Tim is excited to use Fustini’s and show you delicious ways to warm your taste buds this winter. Quinoa & Pancetta Patties with Fustini Aioli; Saffron Tomato Soup with Basil Pesto Crostini; Spaghetti Squash with Spicy Garlic Olive Oil Sauce, Petite Meatballs and Blended Ricotta; Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Crème Brulee.

Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
