What is fresh in winter? Chef Andy will have you learning how to use what is in season. Acorn Squash with Vidalia Souffle; Mixed Sliders; Chocolate Flan with Traverse City Cherry Chutney.

Cost is $45 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
