Reception is Thursday, January 25 from 6-8.
The Tart exhibition consists of artworks that address the theme of womanhood. Cheeky and colorful with many humorous works, this exhibit will not only act as a means to engage the viewers, but open-up possibilities for thinking about topics like gender stereotypes and activities surrounding being female.

In the interest of presenting a broad range of interpretations on the theme, the curator, Tamara Fox has been deliberate about including a very diverse group of artists. The list includes self-trained artists, artists of color, and artists of all genders. Contributors will span in age from late teens and young adults, to persons of advanced age.
