Just back from cooking in California the last 7 years, Chef Tim is excited to use Fustini’s and show you delicious ways to incorporate flavors of the season. Green Beans and Radicchio featuring Fustini’s Olive Oil, Salt & Vinegar; Mixed Mushroom Risotto with Asparagus, Provolone & Pancetta; Chicken Involtini with Pecorino and Arugula:Thin Italian chicken cutlet Roulades held together with breadcrumbs, cheese, greens, pine nuts & currants; Upside Down Chocolate Pear Olive Oil Cake.
Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
