Raw beet ravioli layered upon Boursin cheese, atop an heirloom tomato, finished with pomegranate Vinegar and Fig Vinegar
Salmon Lox upon potatoes Latkes over a bed of baby arugula with a sour yogurt sauce; featuring Meyer Lemon & Ginger Jam, Orange Blossom Honey as well as Blood Orange oil
Lavender Honey Glazed Duck Breast; Blackened apples, wilted swiss chard, white cheddar and white truffle grits, with apple cider jus
Chocolate Hazelnut Torte Topped with Candied Bacon.
Cost is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
