Fustini’s is welcoming Guest Chef Mike Kenat to the Holland School of Cooking for a great night of grilling out! The class will take place on the back patio, weather permitting. Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Each person will receive a 10% discount off of products purchased the day of class.
Menu: Panzanella Salad – Grilled Asparagus, Charred Tomato Dressing; Fresh Basil, Shallots and Toasted Baguette; Salmon, Marinated Squash and Roasted Redskin Potatoes; Grilled Peaches with a Lemon Thyme Marinade, Raspberry Puree and Vanilla Ice Cream.
