Guest Chef John Vander Jagt is back in the Holland School of Cooking! Warm Spinach, Bacon Ring and Fresh Raspberries with Warm Raspberry Vinaigrette and Onion Balsamic Jam; Scallop Ceviche topped Pickled Pearl Onion; Avocado Mousse and Coconut Milk Finish; The Mothership Tomato Salad; Nicoise Salad; Angel Food Cake with macerated Strawberries and whipped Cream.
