Chef John will show you how to prepare an elegant menu perfect for a night out for two! Raw beet ravioli layered upon Boursin cheese, atop an heirloom tomato, finished with pomegranate Vinegar and Fig Vinegar; Warm Spinach, Bacon Ring and Fresh Raspberries with Warm Raspberry Vinaigrette and Onion Balsamic Jam; Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin topped with Farmhouse Tapenade served with Wild Mushroom Risotto; Cherry-Apple Crisp.
