Believe it or not, sushi is not about the fish, but about everything else around it. From Chopsticks to a Makisu (Sushi Mat) Chef John will guide you through rolling some fabulous sushi with Fustini’s flavors of course! Maui Poke Tacos; Ahi Tuna tossed with Fustini’s Cilantro-Onion oil and sesame oil, fresh made guacamole in a fried wonton shell; Sushirito-an over sized Sushi Burrito; Classic Sushi Roll; Sweet Thai Mango Rice.

Cost is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
