A LOOK INTO COPPERCRAFT KITCHEN:
Straight from Chicago, training with Charlie Trotter Alumni, Grand Rapids native Chef Kelsey is ready to show you what’s cook’n in the Coppercraft Kitchen. Roasted Cauliflower, White Cheddar, Bacon, Pepperoncini; Crispy Chicken Thighs, Andouille Spiced Cabbage, Poached Marble Potatoes, Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Donuts Peanut Butter Bourbon Glaze, Spiced Pear Vinegar.

Cost is $49 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
