Learn how Chef John pulls together a sumptuous menu that you can re-create for your someone special this summer. Raw beet ravioli layered upon Boursin cheese, atop an heirloom tomato, finished with pomegranate Vinegar and Fig Vinegar; Warm Spinach, Bacon Ring and Fresh Raspberries with Warm Raspberry Vinaigrette and Onion Balsamic Jam; Classic Beef Wellington Stuffed with Farmhouse Tapenade served with Wild Mushroom Risotto; Adult S’mores.
Cost is $49 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
