While it is good to stop and smell the roses, it is fun to TASTE the roses too! Join us on August 1st at 6pm for Taste the Roses at Windmill Island Gardens. Guests will be invited to learn about dozens of varieties of edible flowers, see the flower varieties in our gardens, and to taste different foods made with flowers. If you are a flower enthusiast, foodie or just curious about incorporating flowers into food, this will be the perfect evening for you! There are a limited amount of spots, so please RSVP with EventBrite. Events are free to Friends of Windmill Island Gardens with a small suggested donation of $5 for non-members.
