This menu will have your taste buds saying “OUI!” Soup a’ l’Oignon Gratinee (French Onion Soup), Poulard Pochee a’ l’Estragon (Poached Chicken with Creamy Tarragon Sauce), Tomatoes a’ La Provencal (Tomatoes Provencal), Poires au Porto (Pears Poached in Port), Tuiles aux Amandine (Almond Cookies)
Cost is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
