Italian native Chef Sofia loves to share her passion for cooking Italian the way she did while growing up.

MENU: Making fresh ravioli and tortelloni is much easier than you might think! In this class you will learn how to prepare delicious tortelloni with ricotta and spinach filling and cheese ravioli filling.

Cost is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.

Only a portion of available seats are posted online. If you have a group larger than online availability, or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store as there may still be seats available in store.
