Watch and listen to Innocademy students recite MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech and recordings from the National Civil Rights Museum. Wander the galleries with a scavenger hunt looking for interesting facts about inventors of color. Martin Luther King, Jr. scavenger hunt participants will be entered to win a children’s book about Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and his teachings.

Starting at 11:00 a.m, there will be a children’s book read aloud by one of our celebrity readers to visitors each hour ending at 4:00 p.m.

Visitors will receive activity pages and resources to take home to extend Dr. King’s lessons into their daily lives, a gallery scavenger hunt, and activity packets to take home.
