Join us with Guest Chef Mike Kenat who will show you delicious ways to “Fustinify” his favorites. Pear Salad with spinach, candied walnuts, red onion, fresh pear, Gorgonzola and pear vinaigrette; Pan seared chicken breast with poulet sauce, mushroom mashed potatoes and roasted carrots; Blood Orange Torta with confit citrus salad, rum syrup, coconut whipped cream, toasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
