Pear Salad with spinach, candied walnuts, red onion, fresh pear, Gorgonzola and pear vinaigrette; Pan seared chicken breast with poulet sauce, mushroom mashed potatoes and roasted carrots; Blood Orange Torta with confit citrus salad, rum syrup, coconut whipped cream, toasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
