Chef Keller has produced so many delicious dishes, this is a second class inspired by his work. Tomato Salad: Tomato Tartar, Vinegar Cream, Haricot Verts, & Parmesan Crisp; Pan Seared Chicken Breast: Mushroom Ragout, Pommes de Terre Anna, Herb Jus Lie; Raspberry Napoleon: Puff Pastry, Pastry Cream, Raspberry Puree, Whipped Cream, & Fresh Berries.
Cost is $49 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
