Beef Tenderloin Bruschetta with Parmesan Asiago spread topped with Sun Dried Tomato and Olive Tapenade; Sliced Sirloin over a Warm Spinach, Bacon Ring and Fresh Raspberries with Warm Raspberry Vinaigrette and Onion Balsamic Jam; Classic Beef Wellington Stuffed with Farmhouse Tapenade; Angel Food Cake, Macerated Berries and Topped with Honey Sweetened Whipped Cream.
Cost is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
