As fresh as you can get along the southern coast of Italy… also known as “Recipe from the toe”. Caponata; Tomato and Basil Tart; Seafood Risotto with Mint Pesto; Citrus Almond Cake.
Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
