Christine Ferris, from Farmhouse Deli and Christine Ferris Catering, will demonstrate interesting ways to use corn in a variety of different dishes, including corn cakes, salsa, soup and shrimp pasta. During the Chef Series at the Holland Farmers Market, local chefs, caters and vendors demonstrate how to make simple and healthy dishes using fresh Market ingredients. The Chef Series is held at 10:00 am every Saturday from May 18 – September 14.
