Fustini’s School of Cooking welcomes Chef Scott Adams from Boatwerks Restaurant. Come to a class to see how Chef Scott has fun with all the Fustini’s flavors with a Caribbean Flair! Seasoned Scallops and Shrimp atop dressed avocado and fruit salad on a bed of Bibb lettuce, garnished with toasted coconut and coconut balsamic reduction; Serrano Honey Balsamic marinated Pork Tenderloin topped with tomato onion salsa served with beans and rice.
