He will show you great ways to incorporate Olive Oil & Balsamics into a delicious meal using the current flavors of the season. Fall Crostini – Goat Cheese, Onion Jam, Arugula; Roasted Pork Tenderloin – Sweet Potato Mash, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Apple Chutney; Deconstructed Pumpkin Cheesecake – Pumpkin Mousse, Crumble, Pecan Caramel Sauce.
