Back by popular demand! We once again have paired up our Chef Andy with another local expert and we are doing a “Fish Market Demo” class with Jeff Butzow from Fish Lads in the Downtown GR Market.

Evening goes as follows:
5:00 pm to 5:30 pm: Appetizers
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm: Jeff Botzow will present a demonstration class on West Coast Fish
6:30 pm to 7:00 pm: Warners
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Chef Andy Stewart will present a demonstration class on East Coast Fish
8:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Desserts & shopping! Each participant will also receive a “swag” bag to take home with them.
