Strength Training For Runners with Valeo / Personal Trianing and Gazelle Sports Holland

Are you a runner or wannabe runner?

Consider joining Gazelle Sports Holland for their annual Run Camp training for 25K, 5K, and 10K races! All abilities are welcome and we’ve partnered with them for an exceptional fitness experience. Developed to go hand-in-hand with the running portion of the program, participants will meet 1x/wk and work on strength training for healthier movement patterns, physique and performance.

Sessions will meet for 50 minutes in a group of 10-12 runners. This will be a strategically progressive program, so each person will be safely and powerfully ready for their race day in May. Contact Allison at Gazelle to sign up for Run Camp and then email info@valeotraining to let us know you’d like to join the strength portion.

This 12-week program is held at 6:30 pm on Thursdays beginning February 18.
