FUSTINIFY: DIY BURGERS
A class where you can build your own burger! And who says burgers have to be beef! Seared Salmon fillet topped with herb garlic aioli, goat cheese and Meyer Lemon and Ginger Jam; Pork lovers: Grilled pork patty,and bacon finished with Peach Bourbon Jam and the Parmesan-Asiago Spread; Grilled Kobe beef burger, classic Lettuce, Onion, and Heirloom tomato topped with Balsamic Onion Jam; Root Beer floats.

Cost is $59 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
