Shrimp Cocktail inspired “Ceviche”: Tomatoes, Horseradish, Chili Sauce, & Citrus Marinade; Herb Crusted Steak: Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Pea Puree; Deconstructed Chocolate Cake: Citrus Cake, Chocolate Sauce, White Chocolate Mousse, & Strawberry Coulis.
