VALENTINE’S COOKING CLASS:
Back for a 2nd year, Chef John has a great menu for romance and fun! Seared scallops seasoned with Black Truffle Salt on a jalapeño, goat cheese polenta cake topped with Onion Balsamic Jam, as well as White Truffle Oil; Raw beet ravioli layered upon Boursin cheese, atop an heirloom tomato, finished with pomegranate gastrique and Fig Vinegar; Salmon Lox upon potatoes Latkes over a bed of baby arugula with a sour yogurt sauce; featuring Meyer Lemon & Ginger Jam, Orange Blossom Honey as well as Blood Orange oil; Seared duck breast atop Sundried Tomato & Olive Tapenade garnished with Peach Bourbon Jam; Chocolate stout Brownie covered with a ganache as well as vanilla gelato, candied bacon and a Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar reduction.
Cost is $49 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
