Each year a work of art is selected for the official Tulip Time Festival poster. Artists from the region create and submit their images which are then judged by a local art expert. This year’s submissions were reviewed by Rich Evenhouse of Next Creative Co. in Holland. This year there were a total of 99 submittals from 47 artists.
