Winter Date Night - 2 Hour Demonstration Cooking Class

With a focus on fresh ingredients, Chef John has a menu perfect for a chilly winter night. Butternut Pear Fusion-Roasted butternut squash and poached pear soup finished with a cinnamon pear vinegar; Roasted Beet Salad-Roasted beets, crispy pork belly and arugula on a toast point drizzled with a warm black currant dressing; Lavender Honey Glazed Duck Breast – Blackened apples, wilted swiss chard, white cheddar and white truffle grits, with apple cider jus; Chocolate Hazelnut Torte.

Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
