Fustini's Cooking Class: COOKING WITH WINE

“I enjoy cooking with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food.” – Julia Child. All wine provided for the class will be used in recipe creation.
Champagne – Smoked Salmon with Champagne Ravigote,
Pouilly Fuissé – Coq au Vin,
Barolo – Beef Tenderloin Sliders with Red Wine Onion Jam and Horseradish Cream,
Cabernet Sauvignon – Cranberry and Blueberry Sauce with Vanilla Ice Cream
Cost is $55 per person Demonstration, $65 per person Interactive and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. You can register online below, or call the store (616-392-1111). Email your questions to [email protected]. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
Only a portion of available seats are posted online. If you have a group larger than online availability, or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store as there may still be seats available in store.
