Inspired by the night life of this global marketplace, Chef Andy has created a menu that is as unique as the countries of Epcot itself.

Madras Red Curry with Roasted Cauliflower, Carrots, and Chickpeas
Lamb Meatballs with Spicy Tomato Chutney
Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak with Smoked Corn Cake, Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro Aioli
Chocolate Pudding with Irish Cream Liqueur Custard

Cost is $55/Demonstration and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. Please check out our tab “What you need to know” before signing up.

All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.

Only a portion of available seats are posted online. If you have a group larger than online availability, or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store as there may still be seats available in store.
