Parade of Lights

Tuesday Nov 28 6:30pm
Downtown Holland

Santa Claus arrives in Downtown Holland during the annual Parade of Lights, escorted by over 75 floats, trucks, antique cars, walkers and marching bands…all decked out from top to bottom in thousands of sparkling lights! This brightly lit holiday procession on Tuesday, November 28 is fun for the entire family and a holiday tradition for the entire community!

The Parade of Lights will begin at the corner of 8th Street and Columbia Avenue at 6:30 pm and proceed west down 8th Street until it reaches the Holland Civic Center Place, home of the Holiday Kerstmarkt!

8th Street will be closed for the Parade of Lights, but free public parking can be found in the parking lots on 7th and 9th Streets, in the 7th and 9th Street Parking Decks and at the Holland Civic Center Place. For crowd safety purposes, there will be no handing out of candy during the procession.

The Parade of Lights is proudly sponsored by Gentex Corporation. Visit them online at www.gentex.com for information on their exciting career opportunities and be sure to look for their entry at the end of the parade!
